Nicolas is a French entrepreneur passionate about the multiple ways technology and innovation can help solve big problems. He has several years experience in executive marketing positions for consumer goods companies, both in the corporate and startup world. He notably worked at L’Oréal and Holidog (Europe’s leading ‘pet-tech startup’). He founded GOURMEY in 2019 with two biologists friends, the first French cultivated meat company and they are reinventing one of the most iconic delicacies as their first product: foie gras.
